Action & fun away from the hiking trails
Fancy an active holiday with the icing on the cake? The Hotel Valentin turns into a sports base camp in summer, where guests can enjoy everything from a leisurely outdoor programme on the mountain to adrenaline-pumping action.
Area 47
A huge adventure playground by the water – just right for hot summer days spent in the Ötz Valley. When it comes to cannonball, blobbing and the water jump, the trajectory is spectacular, the thrill gigantic and the landing wet. Water isn't your element? Area 47 has so much more up its sleeve, but certainly nothing you've seen before: the highest high ropes course in Austria, indoor motocross, Mega Swing, Flying Fox and much more.
Climbing
Scramble up the mountains and conquer them. Experienced climbers will find new challenges in the Ötz Valley and novices will feel their way, grip by grip, to the vertical mountain experience. Beginner routes include via ferratas such as the "Moosalm" practice via ferrata. Seasoned climbers can gauge their skills on the various routes in the two "Freizeit Arena Sölden" and "Moosalm" climbing gardens.
Mountain Carts
A Mountain Cart is a high quality and robust fun sports equipment with three tires, which guarantees a safe downhill driving fun. Easy to use due to ergonomic seating position, safe and easy braking by means of dual-circuit disc brake system. Guaranteed fun for families with children, but also for an active and sports-loving public.
Canyoning, rafting and kayaking
Marvel at the idyllic natural landscape of the Ötz Valley from the water. But certainly not for long, because thundering waves and raging rapids demand the attention of the whole team. Experience the white water of Tyrol during a rafting tour with our guides or throw yourself into untamed adventures as an experienced kayak professional. Without a boat, but no less spectacular, those with a thirst for adventure can wade through narrow gorges to the jump finish.
Paragliding
As we all know, the best view is from the top. And you can hardly get much higher than this when you take off into swinging heights on a tandem paragliding flight. Discover the Ötz Valley from a whole new perspective, shout cries of jubilation into the valley and rejoice in the tingling feeling of happiness spreading through your entire body.
