Our goal is to make our website accessible in accordance with national legislation implementing the European Accessibility Directive (EU) 2019/882.

Status of Compliance with the Requirements

Our website is already partially compliant with Level AA of the WCAG 2.2 and the European Standard EN 301 549. Full accessibility has not yet been achieved due to certain exceptions and technical limitations.

Non-accessible Content

The following content is not accessible for the reasons listed below:

a) Incompatibility with Accessibility Requirements

• A sitemap is available, but it does not include detail pages. As a result, criterion 2.4.5 – Multiple Ways – is not fully met. This issue is expected to be resolved with a CMS update.

b) Disproportionate Burden

• On an iPad Air in portrait mode, the page is not optimally responsive and can be horizontally scrolled. This does not meet the requirements of criterion 1.3.4 – Orientation. Fixing this would require reprogramming the website, which represents a disproportionate burden.
• Text displayed in columns requires horizontal scrolling when zoomed to 200%, which violates criteria 1.4.4 – Resize Text and 1.4.10 – Reflow. Addressing this would also require reprogramming the website, representing a disproportionate burden.
• The rating slider on the homepage cannot be accessed or used by a screen reader, violating criterion 2.1.1 – Keyboard Accessibility. Fixing this would require reprogramming the element. Since this element does not provide content-relevant information, this is considered a disproportionate burden.

c) Content Outside the Scope of Applicable Legislation

Some content on our website does not fall under the legal accessibility requirements:

• Older documents: Content published before June 28, 2025, is not subject to legal requirements. Therefore, no comprehensive adaptations are currently planned for these documents.
• External content: Our website may include documents or content from third-party providers that are not created, funded, or controlled by us. We cannot guarantee their accessibility. This includes the booking integration from Websline, their inquiry manager, last-minute deal module, and voucher module. Additionally, this site uses the webcam widget from Ötztal Tourismus and their interactive slope map.
