General

• The AGBH of the Hotellerie Austria (general terms and conditions of the hotel industry) shall apply for all bookings at the Hotel Valentin
  
• All prices are per person and per day (in EUR) for double rooms excluding visitor's tax, including all "Valentin inclusive services"
  
• Please note that meals not taken in the hotel cannot be refunded.
• From the 1st of november 2025 the local tax is EUR 5.00 per night/per person (from 15 years).

Deposit

• A deposit in the amount of 40% of the overall booking fee is due at the time of booking
  
• The deposit can be transferred to our account or you can pay your deposit with your credit card conveniently online. You will be forwarded directly to the online payment window via a secure, encrypted connection.
• In the case of early cancellation, the deposit will of course be returned to you without delay in accordance with our cancellation conditions (see below)

Cancellation policy

• For cancellation up to 60 days before agreed arrival: 0% Cancellation fees
• Cancellation from 59 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount Cancellation fee
• Cancellation from 30 before arrival: 70% of the total amount Cancellation fee
• In case of cancellation in the last 7 days before agreed arrival: 90% of the total amount Cancellation fees
• In case of no-show without cancellation: 100%.
• In case of an early depature, no refunds will be issued and the full amount of the stay will be charged. 
  

Payment method

• As a payment method, we accept bank cards, VISA, Mastercard as well as cash or transfers
  
• Pay online with your credit card via a secure, encrypted connection
• Unfortunately we cannot accept Traveller Checks
  
• Please note the corresponding processing fees will apply if you choose to pay in foreign currency (not EUR)
  

Child discounts

• Children up to 3 years of age receive a 90% discount
  
• Children between 4 and 6 years receive a 60% discount
  
• Children between 7 and 14 years receive a 30% discount
• Children from 15 years receive a 20% discount
  
• Please note that our child discounts only apply when the parents stay in the same room (resp. two full paying adults).
  

Check-in & Check-out

• Your room is available from 3 PM on your day of arrival
  
• Your room must be vacated by 10 AM on your day of departure
  
• You also have the option of an "Early check-in" or "Late check-out" (for a fee) if you wish
  

Pet rules

• In consideration of the other guests no pets are allowed in our hotel (regardless of size)
  

Travel cancellation insurance

• As security in case you are unable to commence your holiday as planned or have to leave unexpectedly early, you do have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance before your holiday

• Please also note that credit card providers often offer similar services and travel insurance may already be included
